'Last Chance to See: Kirtland's Warbler' <br> by Maggie Chiang

'Last Chance to See' is a series of prints by the brilliant Maggie Chiang conceived to highlight and assist some of the lesser known protagonists in the fight over the planet's biodiversity. Once the artist and the printing have been paid, every penny from these releases will be donated directly to organisations devoted to protecting the  animals depicted. We will of course provide proof of donation to any buyers that request it.

First up in the series is the adorable Kirtland's Warbler, a small migratory bird that resides in a small area of the American mid-West during the Spring and Summer and spends the winter months in the Bahamas. The Kirtland's Warbler almost went extinct around 50 years ago but thanks to the efforts of groups like the Kirtland's Warbler Conservation Team it has now been upgraded to 'near threatened' status. Cause for celebration for sure, but its future still hangs in the balance, so proceeds from this sale will be donated to the KWCT so that they may continue their amazing work in protecting the Kirtland's Warbler's habitat.

'Kirtland's Warbler' by Maggie Chiang will go on sale next Tuesday 04 June at 5pm UK time exclusively from our shop. Newsletter subscribers will receive an on-sale alert one hour before the drop.
